Challenge

DraftWise, a secure, end-to-end AI platform for transactional lawyers, helps streamline drafting and negotiation by leveraging client data to create accurate drafts in seconds. Our goal was to clearly communicate the platform's value to a specialized audience while equipping the sales and marketing teams with tools to drive growth in a competitive and rapidly growing market.

As the lead designer and project manager, I collaborated with the founders, sales team, and marketing department to build a website that simplified complex technology and resonated with end users.

Solution

I led a multidisciplinary team to design and develop a user-friendly website that simplified DraftWise's complex technology for its audience, setting up the site as a powerful tool for the sales team.

Through in-depth research with the team, we created a content strategy that translated dense technical jargon into clear, approachable language. We implemented a scalable CMS to empower the marketing team to update the site independently and designed intuitive navigation to make DraftWise’s core offerings easily accessible.

Reflections

The redesigned site made complex technology more accessible and relatable for end users, improving client understanding and engagement. By creating clear, straightforward messaging with intuitive design, the site became a strong asset for the DraftWise sales team, driving growth in a competitive market. I also had the chance to experiment with new AI wireframing tools during this project, which streamlined my workflow and shaved 20% off the timeline.
